WALKING IS:

– finding peace in this hectic society
– having fun
– enjoying life
– being in the now
– discovering the true power of moving
– letting emerge whatever comes your way
– learning from and with each other
– not knowing where the next step will take you
– experiencing nature in all its beauty and abundance

WHAT IT MEANT TO ME:

– that first step
– change
– to have a goal
– celebrating little steps
– walking together with others and feeling some recognition, we are all human beings with feelings, thoughts, emotions
– practice meditation and filter thoughts

– connecting with my own needs, so I could connect with others too

Everytime I went for a walk I was proud of myself no matter how far I went!  Every little step counts!  Even only getting out of bed!

Maybe it means to you:

– being completely in silence
– just being on the move
– asking yourself questions, reflecting, gathering insights
– attention to nature photography
– being consciously attentive to sensory perceptions

 Whatever it brings,
it enriches in any case!

WHAT IT CAN MEAN FOR OTHERS:

– a focus on releasing tension (‘acceptance’ and ‘letting go’)
– getting tools to build up a healthier way of life
–  learning from each other
– sharing experiences (sharing is caring)

Walking is an individual proces unique for you (every individual is unique and that emphesises an unique proces)
